I really like this pic and always wanted to write a critique so here it is You get constructive criticism so first for the positive ^^

This vision is very hard to draw, in my opinion! Since they are lying down in the grass it's okay but from above is something to try and that's why you get 5 stars for the vision from me The light and the shadows are very well placed and I really like how you are doing the grass, it looks very realistic and I really wanna know how you do it and how many time you spend

Also, the body proportions are very well done and especially the lifted knees are felicitous. The originality of the characters and their outfits are perfectly copied from Masashi Kishimoto's art style and the color of the clothes is also well chosen.

Now for the negative (I had to look very hard )

Still nothing to add to the background, though I guess the dark thing at Lee's feet should be the shadow of a tree, am I right? You could have added this in another corner but it's not really necessary. But maybe it would have been a little touch And the grass could go around Neji and Tenten a little more, just like it does with Lee's torso. ^^

For the proportions etc.: Neji's hair looks a bit like a girls.. I guess that's because you kinda opened up his ponytail a bit. Plus, his right food is a bit too little since it's on the same level with the other one it would be same size I guess. His eyes are a little too purple (maybe that's just my monitor) and his right arm is..strange It kinda looks like it is cut off at the elbow or something. And where does his other arm go? Under Tenten? Could be a little painful, he? xD As for Tenten, there are less "mistakes" (I like the word "accident" more since you probably just didn't notice these things before ^^). Her left eye is a bit too angularly shaped and the same is for her her knees. The right leg is a bit too narrow before the knee. Her right food cut of at the heel. Lee's bandages are a little to gray and his vest would probably go a up his arm a little if he bends his shoulder like this.

Uff, that was it I hope you can see that the negative things are really just very little things and these are the half star at "Technique" that I reduced. Originality has just 4 because this "lying on the floor in the forest" is so mainstream and I've seen many pics like it. But since that is likely because of the commission you shouldn't take that personally.
All in all this is a great work and you can be proud of yourself to be its artist
